The Assassination of Charlie Kirk - Part 1: Israel

Image
So the FBI Director Kash Patel lied to Congress about Jeffrey Epstein today, again: As the Community Note points out, his statement is just factually incorrect. It’s a lie, plain and simple. With that as a backdrop, it look like the text exchange cited in the document charging Tyler Robinson with the murder of Charlie Kirk is also a lie: On top of the numerous issues pointed out above. The two that stood out to me were: The exchange got the furry meme wrong, typing “uwu” instead of “OwO”, a meme he liked so much that he engraved it on a bullet. Based on his leaked Discord chats, Tyler does not capitalize the first lettet of new sentences. Apparently this is a common writing style for Gen Z kids, but a subtlety a Gen X FBI agent forging a text exchange might not be familiar with: It seems that no one on the left or right believe this text exchange is real: So now with the stage set, lets take a look at the theory that Israel had Charlie Kirk murdered.   - - - - - - - - -...

Tim Pool

Here are my main takeaways after listening to Tim Pool’s “The Culture War EP.16 - Brandon Caserta, Exposing The Whitmer Kidnapping HOAX By The FBI” 1.  Brandon Caserta got screwed over. Holding a man for 18 months while they await trial is completely unacceptable and a violation of his sixth amendment rights. Not to mention the conditions he was held in would be what I consider tantamount to torture. I agree with his lawyer in that, I may not like the text message he sent, but that text wasn’t itself a crime and he should have never been charged. 2. The criminal justice system needs reform. There is almost zero accountability for law enforcement abuses, the court system is an underfunded mess as is our prison system. One benefit of these type of cases is it may bring more Republicans to the table when it comes to reforming our criminal justice system. The treatment and abuses Brandon experienced are not new. They’ve been there for decades. Though fear-of and tough-on crime politics...

Florida's "Don't Say Gay" Bill

One thing that seems to have flown under the radar is that this bill is basically a Bill of Rights for parents who abuse their young children..  According to HB1557, a parent must approve a well-being questionnaire before it can be given to a child in kindergarten through third grade. Older kids are not subject to this requirement. The bill did specify that school personnel can withhold the results of a well-being assessment from a parent if they reasonably believe that the release of he results could lead to abuse of the child. Though they made no such clarification for administering the test in the first place for younger kids. If teacher suspects a parent is abusing their second grader, they first have to ask that parent for permission to conduct a well-being assessment before they can proceed. Another bizarre part of the bill is that it basically gives parents the ability to blackmail their school district.  If parents believes their rights have been violated under this bi...

2000 Mules Review

This review of the Dinesh D'Souza film 2000 Mules is going to be broken up in to 2 parts. Part 1 will be my initial thoughts immediately after watching the film. Part 2 will include some commentary after doing a bit of research in to the background of some of the participants in this film. Part 1: The primary piece of evidence in this film involves people leaving more than one ballot at drop boxes in Georgia. Though as Dinesh himself says, the law states that you can turn in a ballot for yourself as well as family members or someone within your care. So video of people turning in multiple ballots isn’t evidence of any wrongdoing. Dinesh does claim to have footage of a woman dropping off ballots at multiple locations, but never shows that footage. Honestly, given that they have thousands of hours of footage, and the best they could find was people turning in 2 or 3 ballots, seems to indicate that there wasn’t any fraud. They never once show someone dropping off a ton of ballots, vis...
